Established in 1986, Qile manufactures nylon fishing nets, industrial monofilament and grass trimmer line at its 10,000-square-meter factory. To guarantee you high quality and ensure volume orders are completed on time, we have invested heavily in advanced equipment. Our lineup includes 46 imported netting machines, four machines for making industrial line, and a US$600,000 heat stretching machine. Monthly capacity is 200 tons of nylon fishing nets and industrial monofilament.
Qile has been exporting for 20 years as well, now delivering 60% of our output to Southeast Asia and 20% to Europe. Major clients are located in Japan and Germany. Five R&D team members are ready to handle your specifications. A 30-strong QC team follows ISO 9001:2000 standards when implementing QC procedures throughout the production process.
